Explanation of the installation and debugging process of TESCOM solenoid valve

Explanation of the installation and debugging process of TESCOM solenoid valve

1、 Installation process of TESCOM solenoid valve

1. Selection: Select electromagnetic valve types that meet the requirements of flow rate, temperature, excitation medium, etc. based on specific working conditions and requirements.

2. Installation position: Determine the installation position of the solenoid valve based on the medium flow direction and valve control requirements.

3. Pipeline connection: Connect according to the connection method between the solenoid valve and the pipeline, such as flange, thread, welding, etc., and pay attention to anti-corrosion measures such as epoxy coating.

4. Electrical wiring: According to the wiring diagram of the solenoid valve, make sure the wiring is correct and reliable, and meets electrical standards.

5. Trial operation: Conduct a trial operation on the installed solenoid valve to check whether the valve body and electrical control are normal.

2、 Installation precautions for TESCOM solenoid valve

1. The installation and commissioning of TESCOM solenoid valves must be carried out by * technical personnel, and disassembly and commissioning must not be carried out without * personnel guidance.

The installation position of the 2TESCOM solenoid valve should meet the engineering design requirements. In order to ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve, the environmental conditions around the equipment also need to meet the installation requirements.

3. The sealing of the TESCOM solenoid valve device should be good, and the installation process should meet the requirements of low vibration, low looseness, and strong reliability.

The electrical wiring of the TESCOM solenoid valve should comply with the electrical wiring diagram. Before switching on/off the power supply, check if the wiring is correct or damaged.

Therefore, an electromagnetic valve is a device that includes both electrical and mechanical components, and it is necessary to follow the corresponding installation process during installation to ensure its normal operation.
